Teacher uses Band-Aids to illustrate fair treatment

A teacher in Utah has gone viral for a TikTok video she posted that she calls the “Band-Aid lesson.” In the video, Aimee Scott, who teaches third grade, demonstrates the lesson, aimed at helping students better understand that “fair does not mean everyone gets the same thing, fair means that everyone gets what they need to be successful.”
